Do you want to take on varied tasks in modern production facilities with advanced machinery? We are looking for several driven and curious CAST operators for our production in Värnamo.

About the position

Welcome to Doxa Plastics! Here we manufacture stretch film that is delivered to customers all over Europe. Doxa Plastics is a smaller company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit that permeates the entire operation. With a new production facility, in a business that invests in new machinery, you will become an important part of an exciting growth journey.

As a CAST operator, you will be part of a team that drives and monitors the machines in production. The tasks are varied and include monitoring machines, quality and material controls, forklift driving, etc., and production is conducted in 5 shifts. We are now looking for employees who can work day, evening, or night shifts.

About you

We are looking for someone with some experience in industrial work, preferably from a process industry. You thrive in an industrial environment and have a strong desire to learn new things. As a person, you are responsible with a good initiative and quickly tackle problems and find solutions together with your colleagues.

Production is located in Värnamo, where we manufacture stretch film with a focus on thin film. Stretch film is a plastic wrap used for packaging goods for safe transport. We work largely with exports, with 75 percent of our customers in the European market.

Working with the highest quality of our products and having an environmentally friendly production is incredibly important to us, where we are at the forefront.
